Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The colonial-style rooms with high ceilings were charming and convenient being near the central park and on the main street. However, noise was a bit of an issue during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were pretty big and a good size, but we had some issues with the fan and light. They eventually moved us to another room in the middle of the night, which unfortunately wasn't even cleaned properly and was dark. The service was very friendly and attentive, with the staff being nice and helpful overall. The location was convenient, being near the central park and main street, but the constant noise from horns was a downside. The dining experience offered a mix of good and disappointing dishes. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.
The hotel is quite a mixed bag. The rooms were okay, nothing out of this world but got the job done. I did have some issues with the room initially, but they moved me to another one. The atmosphere is more geared towards backpackers. The service was a bit of a hit and miss, with some positives but also a few disappointments. The location is average, offering convenience but lacking in nearby dining options. The dining experience was simple and included some local flavors. Facilities were decent overall, despite a few hiccups.
The hotel offers colonial-style rooms with high ceilings, but they were not well-maintained and quite dirty, lacking value for money. Despite this, the service, especially from Maria Jose at the front desk, was efficient but could be more attentive. The location is perfect for exploring the historical zone in Zona 1, yet limited dining options nearby. The dining experience was simple and disappointing, while the facilities were average.
